Pan Fry Tofu Sticks

Eat them alone or with any sauce of your choice. Wrap these up together with some cucumber and Hoisin sauce, you will have a vegetarian “Peking duck wraps”. Try it with Taco mix and Salsa to give it an exotic Mexican favour!

- 1 pack Firm tofu
- Salt and your favourite spices
Grab your favourite pack of firm tofu and slice them into strips.
Heat up your fry pan and oil in low heat, keep the heat low to avoid burning.
Pan fry each side of the tofu chip for about a minute until it’s golden brown.
When the chips are crispy, turn off the heat, sprinkle salt and your favourite spices on top.
Quickly stir the seasoning in so that all the chips are evenly coated. And they are all ready to serve!
