Pan Fry Tofu Sticks

Eat them alone or with any sauce of your choice. Wrap these up together with some cucumber and Hoisin sauce, you will have a vegetarian “Peking duck wraps”. Try it with Taco mix and Salsa to give it an exotic Mexican favour!

Cook Time 10 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack Firm tofu
  • Salt and your favourite spices

Instructions
 

  • Grab your favourite pack of firm tofu and slice them into strips.
  • Heat up your fry pan and oil in low heat, keep the heat low to avoid burning.
  • Pan fry each side of the tofu chip for about a minute until it’s golden brown.
  • When the chips are crispy, turn off the heat, sprinkle salt and your favourite spices on top.
  • Quickly stir the seasoning in so that all the chips are evenly coated. And they are all ready to serve!
