Homemade Royce Nama Chocolate

- 150 g 150g Dark Chocolate
- 125 g Whipping Cream
- 15 g Unsalted Butter
- 180 g White Chocolate
- 55 g Whipping Cream
- 10 g Unsalted Butter
- Cocoa Powder
Chop up the dark chocolate (the dark chocolate as the first layer) into fine pieces
Put the chopped chocolate into a large glass bowl
Heat up the whipping cream, remove from heat when it simmers
Pour the whipping cream into the dark chocolate bowl
Whisk until the chocolate is melted, add in butter, mix well
Line the baking tray with baking paper and cling wrap
Pour the dark chocolate mixture in, spread it out evenly
8.Chill for 30 minutes in fridge
Repeat the exact same steps 1-7 for white chocolate, but the chilling time for white chocolate is 2 hours
Prepare your cutting knife, make sure it is warm and has 100% dry
Trim the edges of your chocolate board
Cut the chocolate into your desired shapes and sizes
Sprinkle cocoa powder or matcha powder on top!
